Stephanie DeVaux, Chef and Founder

Stephanie DeVaux is a private chef based in Charlottesville, Virginia. After attending culinary school, apprenticing at Minibar by José Andrés, and working at James Beard semifinalist restaurant, The Alley Light, she launched Holmes Dinner Club to celebrate the culinary magic that connects people across a dinner table. Each intimate meal gathers friends and strangers alike for an evening of food and drink—including a full hour of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a multi-course tasting menu with beverage pairings.
